A procurement professional by trade and training – and a member of the Chartered Institute of Procurement and Supply – I have spent over 15 years efficiently and effectively managing public funds.
Whether working for the United Nations, Médecins Sans Frontières, the Government of Canada, or Swiss utility companies, I firmly believe in the power of procurement to drive impact. Public procurement represents around 13% of GDP in many countries (OECD (2025), Government at a Glance 2025, OECD Publishing, Paris) which I consider a powerful lever for positive sustainable change.
Along the way, I discovered a passion for truly understanding my clients’ needs. There is a need to communicate, to connect at the human level first. This conviction led me to become a trained facilitator and a member of the International Association of Facilitators. I create spaces where people can connect, collaborate, and discover their own knowledge.
I was first introduced to serious games by an old university friend – and later convinced of their power by a grad school professor.
Inspired by the late Pablo Suarez, I use serious games to bring humour and energy to complex topics. This approach is at the heart of Sustainable Change Consulting.
I love holding space for others to explore, reflect, and grow. If you're curious, have a challenge to tackle, or simply want to talk ideas – I’d be thrilled to hear from you.
