I’m a supply chain consultant and serious games facilitator, helping teams explore complex systems through interactive experiences.

Across both fields, I focus on the idea that progress doesn’t require perfect information. Moving forward with “enough” can unlock stalled projects, replace paralysis with momentum, and encourage fast learning instead of endless planning.

How I work 

I use Serious Games to help tackle complex challenges. These are interactive experiences that make big ideas tangible. These workshops spark fresh thinking, open dialogue, and inspire action.

I believe growth happens at the edge of comfort. Learning accelerates when people are given a safe training ground to try new approaches, make mistakes, and build confidence in essential skills like teamwork, collaboration, and decision-making. Games naturally create this spaces.

Games can reveal how people relate to hierarchy such as who they instinctively look to for guidance and leadership, and how influence often emerges beyond formal management roles. When competition is removed, collaboration strengthens and genuine teamwork takes shape.

• Off the Shelf: Daybreak 

I had the privilege of playtesting Daybreak before it hit the shelves and contributing feedback to its design. That gave me a deeper understanding of the game’s purpose and the kinds of conversations it can unlock. I don’t just facilitate gameplay, I help to bring this work of art to life and create space for discussions and debriefings. 

• Publicly available: ie. Red Cross Red Crescent Climate Centre Games, GoodGames

With options to match your needs - whether by theme, duration or level of complexity - there are many publicly available games I can facilitate. Game debriefings are always tailored to your questions and areas of interest.

• Licensed Game: 2030 SDGs Game 

Designed in Japan in 2016, this game has now spread across the globe and been translated into various languages. Only trained and certified facilitators are licensed to run it, and I would be happy to share this game with you and your team.
